Cash on delivery charges:
- Goods amounting to less than 75 Euro are charged a 6 Euro delivery fee
- For goods of 75 Euro or more, there is no delivery fee. You only pay the amount on the invoice. In this case, we always deliver with DPD.
Delivery charges:
- For goods amounting to less than 75 Euro, we must charge a flat rate of 4.95 Euro.
- For goods of 75 Euro or more, there are no delivery charges.
Delivery times:
Deliveries generally take place about two working days following receipt of the order or payment (according to payment method).
Unfortunately, goods may sometimes be sold out. However, we do not remove them from our range, since an order to the manufacturer will already have been placed and will be delivered shortly.

Delivery charges outside Germany vary greatly and therefore we can let you know the exact amount when you place the order. These charges are determined by the country zone and weight of parcel. Here are a few examples for parcels weighing up to 18Kg:

You will see the exact delivery charges when you place an item in your shopping basket and select the desired country of delivery. You can remove an item from your shopping basket at any time.
Please note that deliveries to Switzerland possibly will incur additional customs charges, which you will have to pay. Customs charges are not included in our invoice but are directly payable upon delivery of goods in Switzerland.
