I received my carseat after 3 weeks of waiting (2 of them on the russian customs - nevertheless it's faster than I had expected).
Seat is absolutely OK. Also thank you for candy - that's amusing. I already put them in a fridge, it's 40 degrees in Moscow now.

The car seat arrived undamaged and quite fast - about 3 weeks. In spite of the fact that it came to our ITL Custom in Moscow on the 5th day since I've made my order, it takes more than two weeks to travel over Russia  . But it is just matter of our local post services....
I will definitely recommend you to my friends for your excellent service and speedy reply!

I've ordered a child seat on the evening, it was shipped the next day and I received it the fourth day. I could even follow the shipping thanks to the on-line shipping tracking.
Cardboard box was a bit punched and poked (may need better protection), but no damage to the seat.
I greatly appreciated the quality and the rapidity of your services.
